Man Kubo is such a bastard sometimes. The Kenpachi thing finally gets super interesting and now it looks like we're going to be spending a good amount of time with Ichigo instead.

Also, I really hope Kenpachi's sword is Kido type. I'll be super disappointed if it isn't. (It almost definitely isn't though.)

Ah I get it now he couldn't hear his zanpakto because deep down he didn't want to hear it. He'd be far too powerful if he unlocked its power. It actually makes sense

I wonder if this means Ichigo will start to learn about his Qunicy half.

Also Zeraki really is getting a Bankai. Words cannot discribe how broken and OP he's gonna be now.

Nah, shonen power creep, you are always as strong as you need to be.

Admittedly Bleach is surprisingly good at this. Hell it actually justified why it kept happening with Kenpachi and Ichigo. Still my money is on them now matching the big bads with some mook curb stomping for some added Worf Effect

Yeah chances are we might see, Zaraki one shot the entire Qunicy army and go toe to toe with their leader (I can't remember his name, sorry).

After a feirce battle with Zaraki in his Bankai state. Their leader will take advantage of his tendency to draw out battles for the lolz and steal/seal his bankai and nearly defeat or out right kill him. Just as Ichigo shows up with a new Hybrid Zanpakutou with Quincy Powers to the max. Ready to show the Qunicy leader what he did to Aizen not too long ago.

You know I just realized this talk of Ichigo's roots might mean we finally get to hear his Dad's explanation about his origins. You remember that explanation we were promised way back before the "Totally not Hyperbolic Time Chamber" Training.
