Not exactly the right thread for it but I figured this bit of news didn't really need an entire thread just yet, but Agents of SHIELD just had its first teaser released;



So, yeah.

Iron Fist and Luke Cage, confirmed?

in 2006 Agent Coulson was deep in his undercover disguise as Richard Campbell.

Married man, divorced, with a kid. He Broke off his marriage with Christine Campbell in order to protect her from his life in Shield. His secret cover of a super spy too much a burden for a common family to handle.

Aloof and always appearing distant, the perfect disguise that no man would ever suspect.

Later on, Agent Coulson managed to get engaged to another shield agent and brought her into the same facade as a way to keep contact with his son. Agent Christine Hunter managed to stay alongside Agent Coulson all the way, bearing his second child in 2010.

But On 2008 the game started to change when Agent Coulson was brought into a new world when Tony Stark emerged as Iron Man. Getting progressively more distant from his Goofy disguise of a normal life, coulson started to appear less and less in Christine's life as he and his bride to be were more immersed in shield business around the world.

Only two years after working in heavy SHIELD operations getting deeper into the world of the unkown, Agent Coulson seemingly met his fate in the hand of the god of Mischief Loki in 2012. His new born son only 2 at the time, even though is wife was a shield agent, like many, she was denied his true fate.

As in the end, Coulson was not dead. Not really. A Ploy, to motivate the World's Mightiest Heroes. The man who tricked the god of Trickery.

Tor proposed that the superhero might actually be Patriot, which makes sense to me.

Sweet Christmas, I'd love Luke Cage, but I... well...

I thought he'd be taller. (Older, etc.) The superhero is too young and fresh.

Well, the verdict is still out on those two then, but it appears we may be getting Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver in Avengers 2. And no I have no idea how they're gona manage that without first addressing the mutant problem that it invariably brings up.

In other news it seems that Ironman 3 has made over $1billion and RDJs contract is in negotiations, which he is apparantly using to also try and get his co-workers better pay as well.
