You totally can. It's a good, solid name to work with for what will undoubtedly be an adaptation of the very first Ultron story, since the AoU comic centered around two characters that Marvel Studios doesn't even own the movie rights to, one of which wasn't even an Avenger, and AoU only works with the Ultron origin already told, which the movies have not done yet.

You're reading way too much into a very simple thing.

And it's not as if it's unlikely there won't be a name change between now and then anyway. Hell the first fiilm had to be renamed Avengers Assemble over here in britain, due to "The Avengers" already being taken by another thing entirely.

How are they going to do Yellowjacket?

Scott Lang was just a two-bit thief who stole the Ant Man outfit in the Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon if I remember correctly. I think he had a sympathetic backstory to some extent but cutting out Hank Pym is insane!
