Also Kenpachi spoke the name of his sword. Nozarashi, which means weather exposed skeleton.

I think we have our first big clue as to what his bankai is.

His division is all about Physical Zanpakuto... i would think it would be weird if his sword was like magical skeletons.

Watch it being a Huge dumb bone sword... and his Bankai is his Sword restoring itself to a perfect blade again.

From a quick google search, it seems nozarashi is associated with both campfire scary stories and as a symbol of preparedness and courage.

I Expect skulls and bones to show up in his clothes.

And I mantain that he'll win by making the other guy think he's some sort of unkillable beast. It specially makes sense now.

I suspect its the opposite. His power doesn't seem to be voluntary. If he imagines himself dying than he's dead.
