I... think he's shooting lightning bolts from just about anywhere on his body and staff... which may or may not be in spherical form and have random sound effects.

Actually on the subject of transportation, how is Team Anarchy getting around?
I don't mind wandering around on foot but things are going to be a bit problematic if one side's much faster or much slower than the other.
