Final Fantasy Questions
FF1 Whats the best party to make? For both late and early game?
FF3 Whats the best party to fight kefka with? FF7 Whats the best setup against Sepiroth? and What materias are the most useless? FF8 Is a low lvl game easier or harder then a high lvl one? Whats the fastest way to get the lionheart? And is eden worth fighting Ultima Weapon? Any help with any of these questions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.

FF1 is easy. Fighter, Black Mage, Thief, Red Mage.
FF6 is simple enough. Celes, Sabin, Stratgo, and Edgar. I equipped Edgar with a Holy Lance, Dragoon Boots, a Dragon Horn, I equip Celes with Ragnarok and a Paladin Shield, a Haste Ring and Ribbon, Sabin uses Tiger Fangs, an Offering, and Black Belt, and Stratgo has an Economizer and Gem Box. Everybody is equipped with armor to absorb Fire, Celes continually alternates between Runic and Merton (damaging the enemy and healing you), Sabin casts Bum Rush, Edgar Jumps, and this leaves Stratgo to cast Ultima multiple times over. |

And Eden is the strongest GF in the game. If you use GFs alot, you definitly want Eden. I personally use GFs alot less than most but I still got Eden easilly enough. Just go to the two islands where you can max your stats and if you're say around lvl 80, go in with your almost maxed stats and beat him. Careful though, because you can't use Encounter-None in the cave and when you go in there, you WILL gain at MINIMUM 10 levels before you reach Ultima.

Or you can get Eden the cheap way. Go beat down Tiamat. Draw from him. Instant Eden.
In FF7 I use Cloud, Cid, Yuffie. Cloud uses Hero Drink and then Omnislash. Cid Casts KOTR, and Yuffie is there in case something goes horribly wrong. |

Personaly in FF7 I used Cloud, Barret, and Vincent. However it really just depends on what characters you used throughout most of the game (IE, the ones with highest levels/best equipment). I really don't think it matters a whole lot who you use against him as long as do one of a few tatics: KOTR, mime, mime, mime, ect until he dies. Then there is the Hero Drink Omnislash for Cloud, Character 2 do KOTR, and Character 3 heal and the barrier, wall, ect spells. And then a mixture of healing when needed magic level 3 (Or just the most powerful for each character) and Limit Breaks when you can. And any of the Ultimate Materia you have the better (You get them from... I think it was Emerald Weapon). Defeating the weapons gets you some usefull stuff that help out durring the Sephiroth Fights.

Well I'm very familiar with Final Fantasy 1.. So I'll post that..
The best character party would have to be Fighter, Black Belt, White Mage, and Black Mage. Some people disagree claiming that BM and WM die too easily, but that is not the case. I beat Chaos using just my BM in one game (the others had died on the way up). It's all around the best party you can get. It's cheap, diverse, spread out, magic and fighting, and pretty much kick ass in every aspect. For FF 3, I chose Locke with his 2 strongest weapons, the Relic that allows you to attack 4 times :p (i dunno what) Gauntlets, and etc., Terrra, Edgar, and Mog. Salright in my book but not the best. Gogo was a big part too. Good luck with FF 7. That one is annoying..

FF7: Cloud, Cid, Red XIII. Maxed KnoR twice with a third at 3 stars. All master weapons. Really easy actually. Anyone else beat Ruby Weapon with only one character?

I though Ultima Weapon was a fight fun enough to be worth the trouble, and while it's easier to get Eden from Tiamat, you've got to factor in that you'll then have a low level Eden (unless I'm mistaken), and not much time to gain abilities, and use some like Devour to better your party.

Really, for FF7, since all the characters are basically the same, just use any three characters you want and equip one of them with KotR. Just summon that thing twice and Sephiroth is dead. |
