Name: Tombstone

Uses for souls: Collecting souls for his Osterbaum.
Ambition: To do what he is told.
Powers:

Tombstone is a mainly physical fighter. If he can get ahold of you, you are F**ked.

Soul Chokeslam- He grabs his enemy by the throat, lifts them into the air, and drains their soul. If he is interupted, he will throw them to the floor with earthshattering strength.

The Enbalmer- He grabs you by the waist, flips you upside down and smashes you head first into the ground, breaking your neck and crushing your skull.

Undead recovery- Tombstone is extremely durable; it takes a lot to keep him down. If he suffers enough damage to actually be dropped on his back, he can perform an undead recovery, which will return him to full health.

Bio: In return for eternal Undeath, Tombstone sold his soul to Osterbaum, thus keeping him alive for eternity, but forcing him to do Osters bidding.

Soul bomb: This powerfull spell sacrifices a soul to do major damage to the enemy
Dark aura: this fairly short ritual causes a dark aura to appear around round which not only prevents scrying but makes it difficult for people besides him to see.
Dark Flare: This causes a sphere of dark flam to enclose the enemy and get smaller and smaller....

Name: Zwei (well, everyone else is doing it!)

Age: 22

Allegiance: The forces of Good

Physical Description: About 6 foot, 160 lbs. Brown hair, dark green eyes. He’s taken to wearing dark colors, given by his black boots, pants, and long jacket, and a dark blue shirt. He also wears those old-style glove-bracer things you see samurai or ninja wear, along with a sash belt that he keeps his katana and scabbard in. He wears sunglasses all the time, even at night.

Personal history: When you’re vacationing in Japan, a very big faux pas is to release thirteen extremely dangerous demons that were safely sealed away in a giant rock. Unfortunately, this is exactly what Zwei did, and he’s been tasked with either destroying or sealing these things before they destroy the world. Making his task easier is the soul of the original guardian of the sealed demons, who ‘melded’ with him after they were both wounded by the escaping devils, providing him with knowledge of combat and demon-fighting techniques. As a result, he is calm and quiet, but with a non-serious edge to his personality. He has managed to capture nine of the spirits during his adventures, though he will help out any innocent(s) in need that he meets along the way.

Uses for souls: Being a Good Guy, he won’t use others souls for his own needs, instead drawing on his own power to perform incredible feats. No real magic, though.

Powers/abilities:
Spirit sense – Releasing a bunch of powerful demons is bound to have strange side-effects, and this is one of them. Zwei can now “see” the soul energy of a person, even in complete darkness. Note that low undead (zombies, skeletons, ghouls), robots, and soulless humans don’t give off this aura, while incorporeal beings, normally being invisible, do give it off.
Night vision – Sounds nice, until you realize that you can’t turn it off. As a result, he wears sunglasses all the time, and is essentially blind in sunlight.
Iaijustu – The guardian of the seal is well schooled in combat, and Zwei was a student of iaido before his fiasco, so he manages to hold his own in combat, although the usage of the more advanced techniques from his other half leave him confused, in a “how the hell did I do that?” kind of way.

Items of POW-AR!
Katana – The blade is almost black, with thirteen marks on the blade, where the demons are (supposed) to be imprisoned. The nine closest to the grip are red, while the others are the same as the blade. The sword itself looks old, and is incredibly strong.
Shuriken – little more than metal spikes balanced for throwing, these are used mainly for distracting an enemy.
Compass… thing – It never points to North; rather it points to the closest large amount of mystical energy, which would usually be a demon or something of that nature.

Name: The GLOP

Allegiance: Neutral

Physical description: The GLOP is a sentient cube of goo about 2 metres on a side, a la the gelatinous cube in D&D, only more intelligent. Its colour varies depending on its current contents, but is usually a pustulent yellow/brown (opaque). It moves by reshaping its mass into pseudopods and sliding across the ground; additional pseudopods are used to attack antagonists by depositing an extremely corrosive acid on them, as well as to ingest food (anything from small animals when things are good, to rocks when hard times hit) and soul crystals.

Ambition: While it has no interest in the affairs of humans, the GLOP is addicted to ingesting soul crystals, and will usually bargain with people who are offering them in return for some service (it speaks by skilfully moving air through various internal chambers).

Abilities: The acid with which the GLOP attacks its enemies is the same as that used to digest its food, and will corrode just about anything it touches. The GLOP avoids corroding itself into a hole by secreting an enzyme beneath itself that neutralises the acid as it moves, but can choose to "open" its own entrances through even the thickest walls, given enough time.

The GLOP's main magical ability is to teleport itself large distances. The ability is difficult to use, and requires a good feeding before each use. Teleportation destinations cannot be indoors. The GLOP is able to sense large concentrations of soul crystals at great (intercontinental) distances, and regularly makes trips to South Africa and Finland, where it has proven popular with the minions of Thaumaturge and Osterbaum, who relieve the tedium of guard duty by chasing it away before it can burn its way into their masters' lairs and gorge itself.
