I request that we not lynch Psycho for another hour. I would greatly like to act as devil's advocate to Nique, but every argument I think of has a rebuttal the other way (either for or against). I have a strange suspicion that he's not mafia, but let me see if I can explain why. If he's not mafia, we can't afford to lose him. If he is mafia, we can't afford to keep him. Just give me a minute to clear my head.

I doubt that. And I think PM is more of a threat as a mafiate theb he is an asset as a towmie. So my point stands. Plus, I have other disdainful thoughts about him.

Alright. I'm not discouraging him from making a good point. If he has a logical reason to not lynch PM then I will retract my vote. But, from what he has said it seems to be fifty-fifty on whether to keep or not.

Too true. Only the ones who POST have given us material to examine. It would be stupid of the mafia to NOT post, however, becuase that would be too obvious, and there are factors outside of the game to consider... like having internet access or not.

That's possible. But I'm counting on my death to mean a win for the provokan team, becuase it will have meant that I am pointing everyone in the right direction. See, either way, the mafia is screwed... but only if I'm right.

You haven't thought this through -A mafian might not do this, but most likely, a Provokan wouldn't do this either lest he be lynched erroneously. Your seem to be using reverse psychology, but if I'm right, then I'm staying one step ahead of your plot.

We can afford to loose him either way. I don't want to loose any more innocents, but he led a erroneous lynch against NEWB. I won't be easily swayed by him if he stays.

Alright. First, I don't think Psycho Mantis is mafian. He's already proven to be very analytical, compared to his very first post. He's smart enough to realize that if he posts very little, he won't be accused enough to be lynched. Plus, it would be very easy for him to shift blame to someone else before the townspeople accused him. He's seemed straightforward enough so far.

Plus, I'm starting to see the votes for him snowball. I found it interesting just how quickly the votes for him began to count up when it got started. I have a feeling that there's some mafia persuasion going on here. If he was in the mafia, then the count wouldn't have raised that quickly, unless a majority of the mafia were people that haven't been posting. However, it seems the mafia enjoy taking a somewhat rising vote and making it grow faster.

Besides, it's not that dangerous having him here. He has one vote on who to kill, and even if he was dead, he could still give hidden advice in this thread as a ghost. So, there's no point killing someone just for the hell of it, especially since we lose if the mafia members outnumber us, anyway.

Now, for my vote, I'm going to Vote: Patrat. Why? Simply because I just don't trust him that much. He's had flimsy excuse for voting before, and he 'trusts' people a little too much and is a bit too quick to jump on a voting bandwagon.
