Man, I don't think a comic has ever kept me laughing for this long. Every time I think of, "YOU suck. YOU suck. And YOU were wearing red a second ago!" I burst into giggles. Really, I didn't see that coming. At all. And tough noogies to the newbies who don't get it.

Aww, poor BM. I'd hug him, but Thief's pure awesomeness stopped me. That's right, he's got such badass ninja skillz that I can't even show any form of affection for other creatures. 'Cause really, anywone who matters has an upgrade.

But if we consider that Brian only just decided to change the color, and then look at the severely awesome joke, what can we deduct from this? That Brian made this comic semi-last minute. That procrastinating punk!Like I'm any better... hell, I'm worse. By a loooong shot.

Don't listen to that heretic! That comic was obviously photoshopped! Theif's oufit has always been black, and Thief's oufit has never been red. In fact, there's no such color as red! You just imagined it! In fact, I've already forgotten what I was talking about!

BM's line at the end of that comic would be even funnier if Thief-ninja was red in that comic, as if the red outfit was the horrible mistake that was corrected.

Or, rather, the lack of change to black to torment BM was what needed to be corrected. :p

Here are my completely implausible theories regarding 8-bit theater:

1) Thief stole the class change from the version of himself that was erased by Sarda tinkering with causality, before that happened.

2) Black Mage won't get a class change like the other Light Warriors, because he isn't a Light Warrior. Remember Red Mage's group teleport?

3) We won't get to #666 where BM is supposed to get his class change. Before that happens, it will be discovered that he is the magical ley line referenced way back in the comic. He will turn evil and destroy the multiverse, resulting in a "Game Over" screen. After this, many things can happen. The entire continuity could be a dream (Of any character, including Brian), or it could be someone playing a video game.

Edit: Actually, I just thought of something else. The person dreaming up the continuity is White Mage. She'll wake up in her king-sized bed and go into the bathroom to find BB in the shower, like in that one TV show. It's technically not a revival if he wasn't actually dead.

Brian, do you by any chance read Dan Slott's She-Hulk (Volume 4)? There was a recent story that reminded me a lot of this comic. If you read it, you'll know what I mean.
