IHMN, your continuity-fu concerning your lack of weaponry from the first two levels is your own fault, we fought goblins and skeletons and zombies and such, I wasn't stopping you from claiming that you were looting.

What, you don't want to fight the boss?

Unless you want to start out the boss fight trapped and hostaged, which works, editing your post would be preferable, like flying back to the group and telling them where to go or somesuch. We'll just assume that the fire is dealt with.

Well, I kinda figured that, considering it was called the Infinite Tower of Telos, that the boss would have his own floor, like in Chocobo's Dungeon 2 or Nightmare of Druaga.

Race: Lich
Appearance: Kz'Krn is a tall, undead skeleton wizard. He is around 6'10", and weighs 50 lbs. His red, glowing eyes seem to be looking into people's very souls. His long, flowing, robes drag along the ground four feet behind him. His main weapon, the Staff of Ferianguhr has a mind of its own.
Equipment/Weapons: Staff of Ferianguhr, Black Reaper's Robes, and an amulet that increases his magic powers.
Skills: Skilled in all forms of magic, can levitate for short distances, and is the only person who can make the Staff of Ferianguhr shut up once it starts talking.

Powermast65, I don't think that character is valid. You are only allowed two abilities. Look at the first post in the thread and see what the requirements are before reviewing your character, okay? It seems too godmoddy (skilled in all forms of magic? It's a bit much.)

Yeah, that's a no-go. We're not asking for deep backstories here at Tower of Telos, but we'd like a character that makes sense in the group. And one that sticks to the established rules and guidelines.

Also, I'm going to get off my lazy ass and get the boss up by tommorow, before noon if a ball of yarn doesn't grab my attention.

whoo! I'm back! I always have issues getting online during the weekends. I seem to be pretty helpfull when I'm not around, I just want everyone to know for futre reference, there's a difference between making ice and freezing stuf, she can freeze stuff. I'm also calling the fourth (I guess, not sure if the list has changed recently) chapter/level. I also assumed that the boss got it's own floor, to allow people to move around freely

Also, on the boss seperate level thing, this floor isn't representative of all floors, just this particular one. I didn't even consider placing them on seperate levels, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't either.

Anyways, boss up (finally)...

Name: Weird Biomancer Guy
Race: Self-Mutated Elf
Appearance: 8-foot tall elf with semi-transparent skin. His veins and inner body functions are visible, and whenever he uses magic they light up. Wears a robe, so most of the time only his head and maybe a hand is visible.
Equipment/Weapons: Creations
Skills: Enviromental Manipulation - Can magically engineer the enviroment, like creating a jungle in a stone dungeon. Can then control his creations.
Biomagical Engineering - Kind of like an insane mad scientist, enjoys splicing together new creature creations.
Quote: "Hmm...interesting..."

He's not who we're fighting, but he seems to be a (self proclaimed?) bigwig in the Tower. Might show up later, depends on the level GM.

And the real boss for the level...

Name: Ulasht
Race: Hydra-Hellion
Appearance: Here.
Equipment/Weapons: Mutiple lashing heads with tentacles and teeth.
Skills: Bulky - Can take a lot of punishment.
Hydra Head - Cut off one head and another two grow in its place.
Living Beheaded - Every head cut off maintains a life of it's own, and will attack anything it can reach.
Quote: "GRARRRRHGG!"

So there you have it. As a suggestion, don't try to have your character take on Ulasht mano y monster. This is going to be a team kill, so think up manuevers that combine different member's attacks.

Shirith's gonna get manhandled in a mere instant? Is there not one brave soul who can save the harpy by...I guess throwing a rock at it and making it turn all its anger on them instead?

Ah, and I'd like to GM a floor.
