Oh, I'm finding how you choose to defend yourself quite suspicious too. Something rings false about it to me.

Actually, I've never defended myself. I've just deflected attention back to IHMN, because really, we're going entirely on gut feelings and possible screw ups. Even if I did say, "I'm a townie." would you beleive me? Of course not. There is no solid defense against "gut hunches." The only thing we do have going is IHMN making all those rapid posts, and how he keeps saying to do that stupid, "Vote off everyone but him." I'm suspected because I didn't know I had to explain my vote. Cause I'm new to this game.

So, please, tell me where I act suspicious. ((Honestly, no sarcasm. I'm looking back and can't see it myself.))

Well, its just that you seem to have completely forgotten you voted for IHMN when you agreed with Mesden by stating thats your reasoning for why you FOS'd him. A vote holds more power than an FOS ever will and it is understandable since it is your first game.

But we can't write you off as innocent just because its your first game. You could still very well be mafia.

Now see, here’s where I get a feel for the off here, about the voting for Nikose thing. See, in the many games I’ve played, many people have agreed with me. Heck, if I remember correctly, more townies have than scum, though it is a fairly popular scum tactic.

I’m giving Nikose the Benefit of the Doubt here. I know it could be the newbie veil that Catlover tried once, but he really is new, unlike Catlover. He ONLY voted and FOS’d, and did a little Rping on the side. Seriously, it comes off as a silly excuse to get a newbie lynched early on.

Well, when we only have 2 leads so far, one of someone being completely random and silly, and the other forgetting he voted, albeit, quite obvious still that the reasoning applied to his vote too and not just to his FOS, I'm gonna go with the one that has a better reason tied to it. If anyone else has any other leads that aren't just random votes, then be my guest. Post the lead away.

EDIT: It seems that BOTH the people (Fenris and Nikose) who are keeping a tally of the votes, forgot about Ogianres' vote on Twiddy.

Okay, what in the world is this all about?

You pop into the game and vote one person and FoS two other. That's absolutely ridiculous. Either you're well intentioned and you're over eager, or you're scum and you have no idea what tact is.

Besides, random votes is pretty much all we have in the beginning. We use it to bring up discussion.

Newb's vote was early without much reasoning. I can understand that, but it still seems suspicious to me, hence my FOS. Also, I just noticed that Ogianres hasn't reacted to the vote on him from Newb. FOS Ogianres
As for Nikose's FOS, I can see where B_real is comming from, but I just don't think its enough to warrant a vote yet.

Because you don't usually defend yourself against a random vote, which is quite common during the first stages of a mafia game.
