Think of it this way, which is more suspicious. Playing like Cephrir and throwing votes around and not really contributing to the game in a positive light, or keeping my mouth shut when i have nothing to say.

Hey, Roy, mistakes he is making, but his mistakes may possibly lead to something bad happening.

Hey, Cephrir, bandwagoning is when you vote for someone for the exact same reasons as someone else, and it's especially bad if those reasons are joke reasons.

Hey, GO, I'm going to Vote: Cephrir, for bandwagoning a joke vote and also on the grounds that the majority of his posts are other's posts worded differently.

EDIT: added a little here and there.
