BM has probably learnt how to (re)swallow his organs reasonably quickly by now. (A pretty useful skill in his case

I think BM doesn't care what Sarda does anymore. Doesn't BM want to find a way to die anyway? When he does, he can become the King of Hell again.

I think he mighta moved on from wanting to become Hell King again... Anyway he would have to remove the spines of Kary, Lich and Kraken....
