Anyone has more info about the lawsuit against nintendo about the Wiimote being a copy of a similar Pc Mouse patented a few years ago?

On the suit Bellsouth, what I've heard is that it's not actually to do with the motion sensing tech or anything like that, rather it is to do with the placement of the B Trigger, which looking at the N64 controller says this lawsuit is bunk unless the plaintiff's tech predates 1995. And seeing as how it's wireless I doubt it. Even then it probably wouldn't fly.
