Anyone know how to make Gif's out of a movie clip??

Can anyone here make a gif out of a movie clip?

If someone could make me one I would <3 them.

I will host the video on my website once I finish downloading it.

I make .gifs. However, from movie clips? Hmm.
The immediate solution that comes to mind is to cap each frame and then assemble them into an animation. That's rather tedious. There's probably a far more efficient method, though this is not something I do often.

Anyone else? Perhaps there is a tool that makes this point-and-click.

I just import the movie into flash, remove that parts I don't want (or trim it before hand with WMM) and export it.
