I'm calling the black Ranger.

In a totally lame twist, his color is white.

His Zord is a massive handgun, with "Pimpin" in diamonds on the side.

And he talks completely in bad "Street".

I edited my profile to get rid of the curls (I thought it was a good idea at first but I think it'd look ridiculous after morphing) so it's just straight and long now.

I also dreamed up her Power Ranger costume. People can totally see her eyes and skin tone and hair color and her cat ears and tails, but they're not going to match it up with this other two-tailed catgirl they know because there's no way that free-spirited food-over-romance kind of girl would be a Power Ranger, and I think that's awesome.

To be honest, there are always an equal number of evil rangers to the "Core" group of Rangers, save in some instances in which case they tended to still be numerous.

What do I mean?

There were the putty rangers led by the lobster dude(Original series)
There were a bunch of evil rangers working together(when zedd showed up)
The Psycho Rangers, evil rangers from Power Rangers in Space, who also showed back up for Lost Galaxy.
The cyborg rangers in Lightspeed Rescue.
SPD had 5 evil rangers(And two billion other rangers).
Wild Force had a ninja create alternate evil shadow-based ranger-type things from the originals, not to mention the evil ranger that turned good(Which happens a lot).
Ninja Storm had only 2 evil rangers, although Ninja Storm also only had 3 in the original ranger group.
Can't remember the name of the dinosaur one, but that only had one evil ranger I believe.

Overall though there are almost always more than one evil ranger, although in some cases there's only one(dino...whatever or some such).

Personal favorite evil rangers: Psycho Rangers. Totally awesome character designs.

Well, I'm not opposed to the idea of other evil rangers, as "evil" is something of a subjective term in Ethan's case. He's operating more on the mindset that humanity shouldn't need Power Rangers, and that the more reliant people become on a team of superheroes in multi-colored pajamas to protect them, the more big bads are going to come to Earth thinking, "Hey, if I can just knock out these five poorly-dressed kids, taking over the planet will be a piece of cake!"

He may or may not be right, of course, but in his mind he's doing what he thinks is best for everyone. His logic is just more than a bit influenced by revenge, and that's where he could be considered evil.

See, now I'm not going to be taking part in this RP by the way, so immediately you can discard and ignore any commentary I make if you feel that subsequently would be the best course of action. I won't feel any sadness over that if that's the case.

However, Conflict breeds story. All stories contain some form of conflict, and Rita/Zedd can only allow for certain types of conflict, whereas Evil Rangers can result in other types of conflict. Adding in different types of evil rangers, such as POS' "I'm kicking your butt for the good of the world, heroes" or something along the lines of Tommy Oliver "I'm kicking your butt because Rita told me to(And it's fun)" can result in different types of conflicts.
Whether it be simple conflicts out of the costume, such as an evil ranger trying to out do a good ranger, or whether it be relationship-based conflict, such as a good ranger getting in trouble for becoming friendly with an evil ranger.

In the original series, the first and foremost Evil ranger was ONLY Tommy, the Green ranger. I only wanted the One Evil Ranger. It has to do with storyline.

Edit: after careful consideration of what you have to say, I've decided to say the simplest response: why are you telling us your opinion in an RP thread that you're not going to be playing in, which therefore has nothing to do with you? This isn't discussion for random people. this is an interest thread- no interest means don't participate.

Like I said before, no I'm not, and I can point out that One evil ranger is often more impacting than five. Take the Evil White Ranger from ... god what is that thing called? The dino one...

Anywho, he was probably one of the better evil rangers out of the more recent ones.

Edit in response to edit:: I know a lot about Power Rangers, I rather did enjoy them quite a lot a while back and I find them interesting still at times(Such as SPD, which I think is the single best Power Rangers series they've released as of late). I did not realize that this was only for people who were going to be doing the RP itself, and so thought to add my two cents seeing as I have a large massive knowledgebase of power Rangers and experience with said Power Rangers.
