I know you're full up on weapons for now, but I just HAD to submit these two where all could see them, even if they never ever show up.
Ilgivan: +5 Keen Throwing Thundering Returning Rolling Pin Experiment 827: Mysterious And Noisy Legendarily Obnoxious Vehicular Emergency: This car, originally designed as a present for CelesJessa due to a major misunderstanding, is covered in stickers of various FMA characters. It also is capable of firing beams out of the headlights which do random things. After the first ten test dummies were variously exploded, turned into newts, caused to become ten-story-tall rampaging monsters, or made to vanish entirely, it was decided that this was a weapon best not given to CJ, lest she accidentally turn an airplane into a duck. Additionally, the radio refuses to turn off and is automatically set to the loudest volume, as well as whatever music the driver hates the most.

I bid that Arhra's Chaos Magic should have the effects left up to the ST. Arhra says a word, and POS flips a coin to decide if it's beneficial to him or harmful. Then POS gets to decide what happens.
Because if the magic is Chaotic, it'd kind of defeat the purpose if you're able to control it...
