Amalgam quickly shifted forms again, this time becoming the swordsman once more. Amalgam bowed to Pheonix and spoke. "M'lady, I apologize deeply for the antics of my roommates. Apparently, we fill some sort of quota. I beg you please, do not be too hard on them, for it is a curse which affects their speech. It is a most terrible curse, and it affects even me, even now. Before the curse, I was much more eloquent, but now... alas! I can not even properly find the words to adequately describe your beauty."

"KITTY." Said Nikose with glee, completely forgetting about everything else that was happening. He rushed over to pet the kitty that was eating foods like the Burrito.

Ugainius scratched his chin "Well, it sounds good to me. I would like to hear more about what you want before I commit to anything though."

He looked down on Phoenix and said "Hello, who are you?"

With a Ka-woosh sound blatantly ripped from Stargate, a blue swirling portal formed in mid air outside of Whats-his-names' Tower and Hawk stepped out. The portal vanished almost immediately after.

He scanned his surroundings and frowned, before looking down at the device clamped around his left forearm. "Odd, should have materialized in the lobby. Must be on the fritz again", he said with a sigh.

Never mind that now though, I best go and sign up. With that thought, Hawk made his way inside and headed for the registration desk.

While ignoring the Amalgam, perhaps out of spite...

"Who am I? Why, that's a rather relative question, isn't it? The more important query here however, is who... are you?" The technomancer replied in that certain knowing tone to Ugainus, almost hinting nonverbally that she were playing with him.

Which of course, wasn't far off the mark.

"If you must know, I am head of the NPF's most prominent weapons manufacturing and developing corporation. If it blows things up, we probably built it. Sadly, they wouldn't let me bring any orbital laser designators to the tournament, so I'm entering my compatriot here." She explained, waving dismissively at Phoenixbot, "She's one of the finest combat-model androids around."

"Combat-model android eh? I've seen a few androids in my time and I always find it strange how they seem to expend their effort in blowing up rather than fighting" he sneered. "Anyway, I suppose I should wish you good luck (you'll probably need it)"

The mention of an android got K36's attention "You've got an Android that can fight? Must be quite a few 0s and 1s packed into that head."

"Guess who's back."

A split second later, CT suddenly found himself being lifted up by the back of his neck. Turning his head as far as he could to his left he found Rei smiling sweetly at him, who had finished getting the bear situated at table five with a delicious fish platter.

"Hi there! Are you lost?" the android inquired before continuing to explain the situation, "This stage area is off limits to guests and I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to leave. Enjoy the buffet!"

And with CT's neck still firmly in her grasp, Rei whipped him around and catapulted him to the far side of the room, where he impacted against the back wall behind the buffet table. Hard.

"Everyone, if I can have your attention please," Rei called out, turning her attention to the crowd, "We will be beginning orientation in just a moment. Please get your food quickly and take a seat before we start. Thank you!"

FenrisWolf finished signing up both Himself and Nikose, and walked over. "They need your hat, Nik." Fenris said, as he took Fenris's hat. "I hope you enjoy the 'hat show' Nik!" Fenris called to him as the sign ups for the two of them were completed.

Nikose was happy just to be at the hat show.

"So, Where's the hats?" Nikose asked Rei candidly.

"Hats? I..." Rei tried to comprehend Nikose's question as she walked off the stage but was quickly distracted by the mess made by one of KP's female employees and ran off, leaving poor Nik's question unanswered.
