Can that even be considered a spoiler anymore? I mean that storyline was from 1973 and is one of the most famous (infamous) storylines in the Spider-man saga.

If Spider-Man were Superman that would be a valid point. But hey-o, he's not. And really it was let her fall to her death or try his best to save her. So it's not murder. It's at worst involuntary manslaughter.
