Hmm early but might not get on for another day or two from now so here goes.
9. Never played DMC2 and have no real plans too, and POS, no. Though demon girl means you still get a mention. 8. Margarete Gertrude Zelle - Never played Shadow Hearts but gets ahead of the other unknowns/never playeds because I loved SH2. 7. Dixie - Never really loved DKC. 6. Taki- Haven't played much SC, but she's nice looking at least so here she goes 5.Tifa- FF7 was my least favourite of the PSX FFs and fanservice really doesn't work that well in 32bit SD characters. 4. Rikku - Perky jailbait thief, good loud distraction from Tidus and Yuna. Lulu may have won here though. 3. Zelda- Up here for her OoT, WW and TP badassery, including but not limited to being both a pirate and a ninja, not higher for all her generic princess moments. 2. Lucca - I agree SO 1. Celes - No explanation needed really The best choice would probably have been The Boss from MGS3 BTW, but not a bad showing at all. Win to Moogle.
