Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children came out in 2006, but that's a movie. Then there's Final Fantasy VII: Dirge of Cerberus, which is a shooting game starring Vincent. Awesome game, but not FFVII itself.

Grandia III. Pretty good game, but...
Gears of War is better. Chainsaws. 'Nuff said.
FFXII, however, takes the cake on this one. Love this game. Now if Ravenstorm would just give me back my PS2...

Also, no love for Guitar Hero 2? No love for Twilight Princess? What about Portal? Halo 3? Lots of big titles left out here.
