Bah I say Doom wins over Vader. Vader got all badass because he missed his mommy, yet couldn't do anything about it. Doom actually went to hell to retrieve his mom. Ya know plus he actually accomplished something, like is the ruler of his own nation (instead of right hand man of the emperor) and created a time traveling device as well. Doom for President!

What can doom do, sit around and plot about how to take over the earth from his stupid little country? vader's taken over hundreds of planets, and destroyed a few, too. the only reason he worked under the emperor is because he needed a smokescreen to run his armies, while he was actually the hero (and then villain and then hero and I guess still somewhat of a villain), YES VADER IS TOTALLY BETTER THAN THE EMPEROR. quit your whining and do better. DO IT!

The only thing that Doom and Vader have in common is that, like all great villains, they both dabbled in heroism for a little while.

As to your time machine remark, that's all good and all in your little comic book world, but back here in reality, we believe in actual physics, and tie interceptors (most badass villain vehicle ever in my opinion).

People, the category was my favorite villain. That means I like Vader more than Doom and I've never heard of Shodan and I'll probably end up watching Heroes a few years after it's been canceled when I get around to picking it up on DVD or whatever format we're using at that point. And you should all be ashamed for not guessing Mr Freeze.
