I'd wager that said tablet has something to do with keeping all the badness we just dealt with sealed away. I'm not exactly inclined to find out what happens if we stop it from doing its noble work.

Well I for one say that cyclopes have no place sealing away evil!
Therefore we need to release said evil before goodness over-runs us all!

I'm switching my vote. If that tablet sealed away the stuff, then breaking it would release them. And they would probably be pissed.

All party members are automatically revived when you enter town. We're right by a town.

Also, even if horrible forces of badness are unleahed, and a lot of us die, we'll still get a ton of EXP.
