I'd like to point out again for the third time it actually doesn't matter who gets lynched the processes is still applicable. If BHS got lynched and turned up townie and then a couple of the night deaths turned up townie but none were on the initial list its just a matter of making a new random list. In fact, its just a matter of repeatedly making new random selections of three people until one or two of the people are dead and thus there roles are revealed. As such we get equal information from any lynch really.

This portion seems to just scream that you know who a mafia man is. Now, there are 2 paths to this.

1) Quit saying that this particular Day 1 isn't an excuse, because, unless YOU have some information you'd like to share with the rest of the class, it kind of is the entire reason. Day 1 is a wonderful thing, you shoot at random and see how people react to these shots. Usually, the scum takes it far more seriously than the town would, unless they're A) Really GOOD at being scum or B) really BAD at playing town, both of which are injurious to the town.

Or, option 2.

2) Give us this information you claim that we'd need to make an organized lynch against known scum. Bonus points if you tell us how you got it.

Because otherwise, it seems like you're grasping for straws, and you're missing more than you're grabbing.

I'm not entirely sure whether it's scum trying to look like they're voting someone other than because they're not in their team (things get so complicated with more than 1 mafia) or someone trying to make it look like they've really thought it out and aren't just random voting/bandwagoning.
I am, however, inclined to go with the former and the latter is pretty scummy anyway.
