I never voted for SC so I'm not part of that group!

Additionally, I don't know why Demetrius would know why SC is lying since we never had a night 0 to investigate on, other than being connected to him in some way.

And if sc does or doesn't turn up as scum I've still got major suspicions on Ecurt.

Edit: At this point if sc turns up as town aligned we have two targets (Ecurt and Demetrius). If he turns up as scum then all is well. I can't really see much downside to this, except maybe sacrificing a PO to confirm it, however the more people that claim he isn't the less likely it is to be true.
