Copied from the first post.
I keep thinking I should mention how that format isn't at all mandatory and you can introduce yourself with a blueprint of yourself if you'd like, but at 68 pages and counting it's a moot point. |

Real Name: Leif Barstow
Nicknames?: Do XboxLive tags count? Izbaz is me Age: 25 Height: 6'1" Weight: 210 lbs Gender: Male Favorite Games: Demon's Crest, FF1, FF6, FF7, Halo, Supreme Commander, D&D, MechWarrior(P&P & videogames), the Armored Core Series. Favorite 8-Bit Theatre char: Toss up between Fighter & Redmage Sport(s)?: Not anymore, broke both shoulders and my left hand in football Movie(s)?: Yes, I like them Book(s)?: I enjoy those as well Fairly sure there's nothing in my bio. Registered here a while back (don't remember when) for a topic somewhere that caught my interest but never posted in. So now I'm here, doing this. Ex-Army(shell shock/PTSD, whatever, is neat!), now just a slacker getting by in spite of being a chronic procrastinator (the Army does not instill discipline, that's actually a habit one must learn). I'm casually interested in a lot of things, nothing really ever keeps my interest long enough to get serious about it, except for webcomics, they're cool, and well written, novel size/length, fiction. |

Age: 17
Height: 6'1" Weight: A little under 120 Gender: Male Favorite Game: Earthbound Favorite 8-Bit Theatre char: Sarda, sometimes Red Mage Movie: Princess Mononoke Book: Watchmen The forum I used to spend my time at was getting overrun with amazing amounts of stupidity. I had lurked here some while I read 8 bit, and it seemed nice, so I decided to see if this was a better community. Not much to say about myself. |

Real Name: Tiffany (Don’t ever, ever, ever call me Tiffy. I swear, I’ll cut you.)
Nicknames?: Tiff, Butthead (my husband calls me this sometimes), KnightOfRounds or Knight (gaming handle) Age: 20 = Not old enough to drink in the States yet! D: Height: 5’5.5” Weight: … More than I would like… Gender: Girl… Favorite Games: RAPPELZ!!!, Final Fantasy 6, Final Fantasy 8, MarioKart Double Dash, Mario and Sonic at the Olympics, Final Fantasy Tactics Advanced for the GameBoy Advance, Chess, Pictionary, miscellaneous card games Favorite 8-Bit Theatre char: :3nod: White Mage :wmage: and Fighter :fighter: Sport(s)?: Swimming, volleyball, fencing, ice skating, baseball, football (American) Movie(s)?: -The Princess Bride – I will never, ever, ever get tired of this movie. Ever. <3 -Equilibrium – My introduction to Christian Bale hotness. Shirtless scenes and awesome fight scenes for the win! -Batman: Gotham Knight – So. Freaking. Awesome. Also, my husband and I agree that Kevin Conroy is so boss in this. TV and Anime?: -Revolutionary Girl Utena (tv series) – It seems like just another magical girl transformation anime at first but then it gets really heady. I always find new things to analyze and think about every time I watch it. Also, they’re not lesbians… Well, in the series at least… -Planetes – It starts out light and interesting, gets dark, then gets darker, then happily ever after all with very good character development and VERY realistic scifi. -Code Geass – Season 1 before episodes 24 and 25. So many lovable and pretty characters with interesting plot and just enough fanservice to make it funny without being lame. It goes from interesting to compelling to epic near the end of season 1 and then it turns into a complete train wreck. -The Backyardigans – They are such cute little animal-children-things. They sing and dance with catchy songs, they have great imaginations, and they act like real kids. Only the first season is any good though. The rest of it is a lot of dumb garbage. Actually, Nique bought me a Uniqua doll that sings some bits from the “Pirate Treasure” episode. We keep her as a bathroom decoration. I like to squeeze her belly while he’s in the shower. It freaks him out when she starts singing. :3nod: -Comedy – Just a short OVA and not a whole series or movie, but it’s so amazing. The art and storytelling style are just completely awe-inspiring. -Ergo Proxy – Simply because of Pino. -HunterxHunter – Ultimate shonen anime. The characters are likeable and well-developed. All of the powers are so realistic and well-explained and developed on that I almost believe it exists. Naruto is a poorly written rip-off of this manga/anime. Also, the main character is constantly getting his ass kicked even though he’s the hero of the story. Book(s)?: -The Princess Bride by William Goldman Does manga count? If yes, -Death Note – Really good. Period. -The Bride of the Water God – The art is sooooooo beautiful, it makes me want to cry. -HunterxHunter – Better than the anime! -Read or Die – The manga is very cool. I liked it. It doesn’t make much sense, but the art is cool and it’s a cool concept. Also, Joker on crack. -Love Pistols – Yaoi, yes, but good yaoi. Very interesting story and concept. I’ve only read till volume 3 since my husband won’t let me read any more. And last but not least, tell us about yourselves so we don’t have to look in your bio to find out! :P : -Well, I was introduced to 8-bit Theater and webcomics in general by Nique, my husband. He’s an avid fan. So I recently started reading while I was working and I’ve been hooked ever since. He told me to join and post on the forums so here I am. -I think my favorite webcomics are 8-bit Theater and Pictures for Sad Children. -I’m currently obsessed with Rappelz (f2p MMO). It’s so much fun OMG. (If you play on Lydian server and see me online, pm me! I play a Cleric (4x at the moment) and my in-game name is KnightOfRounds.) -I’m kind of an obnoxious, pessimistic butthead sometimes, but mostly I’m really nice and friendly. I’m also the very quiet lurker type, so you might not see me around very much, but I’m there. -I also love cute things! I squeal really loudly and want to eat, squeeze, and/or rub-my-face-all-over cute things when I see them. Like puppies, kitties, bunnies, anime/manga/movie/tv show characters, or real people. -I don’t like babies or kids though… They’re gross. -And I should stop now ‘cause I’ve probably talked way way way too much. |
