I watched the whole thing, but I could only enjoy the parts where the voices stopped and the music started up for the dbz-esque fighting.

I actually entirely agree with h4x's assessment, that WoW-style DBZ video screamed "terrible fanfiction" to me. And not in the good, "Half-Life 2: Full-Life Consequences" way.

In all sincerity I'd have liked the video a lot more if it didn't follow every single stereotypical fantasy story convention down to a T, from the supporting character corrupted by the eeevil bad guy, but being redeemed in the end, to the orc saving the day and helping the good guy, to the bad guy losing, to the good guy sacrificing himself with the "Metal Gear" and "Batman Begins" music playing for emotional resonance.

I mean aren't there other potential endings for fantasy storylines?
