Per Reggie, it's not really more fantarded than any other shitty anime. There's like one obligatory "BOOBIES OMG" character and that's it.

Which isn't to say it isn't shitty so much as it isn't unusually shitty in that specific area.

Not sure why it appealed to me moreso than every other anime about Screaming Psycho Stalker-Bitch, Quiet Nice Girl, and Boobies OMG fighting over The Blandest Most Uninteresting Motherfucker Alive. I guess I just liked the bit where the dude dies halfway through the series but the show just keeps on keepin' on.

Or at least, I liked the origin story and the movie. I don't know that there were too many of the other episodes I gave a shit about.
