As stated in one of those articles, things are still speculative.

Edit: Count is now 78 killed and 230 injured, including 3 top police chiefs killed. Western media seems to be getting the news a bit later than that of Eastern (Understandable). Streams are available on the Internet of it happening live if people wish to view it.

Edit Edit: National Security Guards commandos have entered the Taj Intercontinental and Oberoi hotels on Thursday morning and have engaged terrorists in a fierce gunbattle. At least 101 people, including some foreign tourists and top counter-terror officers, were killed and about 250 injured as terrorists struck in the heart of Mumbai in planned and synchronised attacks.
