Could be that she's afraid of having it publicly known that the media report people's alignment correctly so soon into the game, given that she was one of the people reported on and doesn't want us to test this theory.

And Zilla, if I were a political party leader, I don't think I'd be sticking my neck out so far and bringing so much attention to myself. Risking something like this so early in the game would not be the brightest of moves, were I to be a party leader.

Well, if people are questioning the media's effectiveness, the only way to prove that either the media is correct or not is to have them cross-examine their targets. I like this idea best.

Again, when I see that there is a large amount of Media individuals (possibly), it could just mean that sooner or later, one of them will be recruited by a political leader and their reported information will turn out to be null, so a higher number of Media means that there is a chance one of them remains part of the Masses, and continues to report accurately, whereas the others that had been 'converted' no longer report correctly.

Whether or not we test these theories or not, it could've also just come down to pure, blind luck that the media hit so many roles night 1, and decided 'hell, why not' to report them all.

While it might be true that the Media got all leaders the first night, i think it's a tad too coincidental that every one of the parties would get found out in the first night (not impossible, but a small enough chance to consider it unlikely, imo).

Also, even if one of the Media re-checks one of the persons that was accused of being a member of a party yesterday, I doubt they'll ever show up as one of the masses (and I also consider Media unlikely), news value. Maybe the Media have a default they report someone as if they're Mass/Media, but they will report someone as their true alignment if they find a party member. There's still a chance the Media will just echo the first party someone's first got accused of, though.

But think of it this way, how many times does the media love to go back on a point, take it apart by the seams, and then rebuild it completely differently? Media people think of research behind all the 'known facts' as a sort of challenge. If you don't get the correct scoop the first time, dig deeper and find more stuff that challenges the first idea, or reinforces it.

That's probably how most of the 'Today Tonight' and after-the-news news shows are born: either to reinforce a truth or to shatter the common belief.

because he seemed so adamant about what the Illuminati's goals are I suspect he has motives for trying to put them on the chopping block and making them seem worse than Ape Boy's 1st post said they were. As far as Tendronai goes we can always have all the media investigate him for tomorrow and whoever investigated Tendronai the first time can investigate one of the other people so we can figure out the validity of all the reporters in two nights.

There were a couple of you whose vote I did not count because it did follow Ape Boy's rules for voting. These are all the valid votes though. With 24 players alive we need 13 votes for a majority (more than 50%). 7 for a vote to pass for impeachment (more than 25%).

Well the only part of the media that we could verify its accuracy is actually Stephen Colbert. If we let the rest of the media investigate Tendronai tonight and see what they come up with we can verify more than just one media member's accuracy.
