I can snag some of those super-loud speakers we use for psychological warfare.

And bird wings won't work. You have to keep infusing it with fresh bird blood. And who wants THAT job? Besides Mike Rowe?

And I thought of something. Why not both? We got the Osprey to do it. I'm sure we can improve on that!

Oh, and we need a drill in the front for ramming other ships.

This is starting to look much more appropriate. However there is still a distinct lack of destroyed enemy craft in the vicinity of the NPF flagship.
