Yeah, I'm thinking lasrifles don't do anything to Vader as he can reflect them, and for Jedi it's not reaction time so much as mild precognition. Solid-slug ammo though, that would give him trouble, at at the quantities the IG is gonna be slinging it, he's in trouble. I think he'd beat Yarrick in single combat but then Yarrick would refuse to die. His Iron Will makes him like a Necron in the respect that he can get back up.

Even if we can, the movies have outright shown us that more than a few guys firing at once will overwhelm him.

Will overwhelm the lame side-character Jedi, you mean. It's not been established whether or not Vader would be more capable, or Yoda or Obi-Wan, for that matter, at blocking dozens of laser beams.

But as far as pretty much any of the badasses of the Wh40k universe would chew up any Star Wars villain for breakfast like so much soggy cardboard...

Absence of evidence isn't proof of anything. And it worked on Obi Wan. He just happened to be lucky enough to escape.

Fighter and White Mage, even in their current states (that being White Mage with a gaping hole where her chest cavity is supposed to be.) This is because of the fact that while Legend of Dragoon had Dart and Shana start out with pretty much nothing and then build them up to fully fledged warriors of legend, this is the standard RPG method since Legend of Dragoon is a great standard RPG.

Brian's taken a route more a kin to Slayers; that being having the characters start out at a level just below warriors of legend and then build them up to "god" slayers. I mean come on, Fighter alone can block anything (real or ethereal) with just his swords. The best Dart and Shana can do is fly around and hope fighter's attention span is less then their dragoon gages.

Fighter has also shown a Ranma-like ability to whole new styles out of his ass in the middle of battle. Making Swordchucks is one thing; actually using them effectively is another. The only thing that holds him back there is his attention span, but even god can't save them if White Mage gets him to focus.

I'm gonna have to say that Fighter and WM take it. If only because Fighter has blocking ability. I hold no illusions that WM would be nearly as effective, but as long as Fighter spams his block, there's not much Dart or Shana can do, even with their Dragoon magic.

Although it might also be nice to know which D. Spirit Dart is packing.

I think Vader in his prime beats Yarrick in single combat (and probably ork warbosses too) but considering the relative levels of training and combat experience, Imperial Guard wins hands down. Vader probably bites it when he eats a baneblade main cannon to the face.

Dart has the Dragoon Spirit from the end of the game and the best avaliable equipment Shana Also Dart and shana can get help. Fighter is asleep and has ben stabed by BM 4256.76542198444555 times just before the battle (I Realy wanna see Dart and Shanna winn ok mabey just Dart) and white mage IS A rotting corpse.

I know it's mean But fighter is an idiot and WM Well She dosen't Like Bm so that justifies it all
