What I don't understand is: assuming Sparklelord retains his memory after the time warp, why would he effectively allow himself to make the same mistakes all over again?

You see, multiversal theory in and of itself strongly implies that if Sparklelord were sent back in time in this fashion, he'd simply be able to create a new reality in a new universe completely different than the one he was sent from. In being sent to the past, Sparklelord's subsequent decisions (made under his own free will) would simply create a new timeline, one in which presumably he'd be able to outsmart King Radical and/or Dr. McNinja because he'd know exactly what they'd be up and he'd plan accordingly. Sparklelord wouldn't actually influence our universe -- from Dr. McNinja and King Radical's perspective, once Sparklelord is thrown into the void, absolutely nothing would change. But in an alternate universe's 'present day,' Sparklelord would probably be kicking ass and taking names.

Thus, this page is simply a poor rendition of multiversal physics. Assuming Sparklelord wouldn't have lost his memory (and clearly he at least remembers his life in the fantasy universe he spawned from), this would be a blessing for him, not a curse.
