The Lurking Outcast
|
I don't think so.
To be honest, I'm satisfied that the comic itself is finally over. It already had loads of material, many clever punchlines and quick gags, and it has run for over one thousand and two hundred pages of free good ol' 8-bit entertainment. What more could you want? Besides, as everyone else has said, with 8BT's completion, this gives Brian more time and space to work on his other stuff. I think 8BT has closed on a suitable and funny note, to the point it lends itself to looping all over again, which makes it seem 8BT could become its own sequel, over and over and over and over and over... and over... and over... and... over... ... again. It's about as mind-numbingly repetitive as Garland's time loop in the actual game. |
