You totally can. It's a good, solid name to work with for what will undoubtedly be an adaptation of the very first Ultron story, since the AoU comic centered around two characters that Marvel Studios doesn't even own the movie rights to, one of which wasn't even an Avenger, and AoU only works with the Ultron origin already told, which the movies have not done yet.
