That, and the one thing I can barely stand is when someone starts 40k and makes this huge speal about how their chapter is so cool. Granted, you've sure as hell avoided that. But it makes a giant fluff gap.

Look, I just wanted a "joke" space marine army. Emperor's Grandchildren sounded funny and the Emperor's Children armour colours looked funny (Pink and Gold! :-) ) so I decided to make them. I've tried to fill those "Fluff Gaps" by having the inquistion atually test the space marines for chaos things-and-what-nots instead of just charging blindly at them screaming rubbish at my leigon. THE EMPEROR'S GRANDCHILDREN ARE HERE TO STAY!!! woot.

Just blowing up the planet is boring and I don't think we have 1. The ships to do so and 2. I think the Eldar want the planet back intact.
