They beat me to this as well(but I think mine is more balanced:

Make it red, a Legendary Creature- Human Shaman, And the ability should be worded X, TAP, Remove X firework counters from ~: Deal X damage, divided as you choose, to any number of target creatures and/or players. I changed that last part for balance.

And to our host: what's this cool threat we face en route to the forest?
