It's Moyashite Kogoeru; Japanese is phonetic, so it's pronounced how it's spelled, though the vowel [as well as some consonant] sounds are different from English, and more in line with, say, Spanish.

For all intents and purposes, you can simply pronounce it: Mo-yash-teh Ko-go-eh-roo, with equal stress on all syllables.

The "e" is like a Spanish 'e.' That is, it's more like "eh." The 'i' in "shite" would be silent, so it's "yashte," not "ya-shi-te." The "o" is also not quite an English 'O,' but don't worry too much about it. I don't imagine you're going to be critiqued by native speakers.

The "r" is also not an English 'r' sound. It's pronounced almost like a "d," which sounds strange, I know. This is something you'd have to hear for yourself, as it's difficult to explain. Your tongue should very briefly tap the back of your top teeth and drop immediately afterwards.
