OMIGOD OMIGOD, don't even JOKE about bringing up the "Nice Guy" syndrome. There's no such thing; it's just a lame excuse quote-unquote (that's right, I typed it out!) nice guys come up with to explain why they're still single instead of addressing the real problems.

I heard mention of Super Smash Bros., Donkey Kong Country, and Yoshi's Island 2. Cheerleader, in-crowd girls...talking about playing video-games, or about having played them before! Astounding!

There's plenty of "in-crowd" girls that play video games. As time passes, and video games grow in popularity/acceptance (every guy and his mother plays Halo), this will become even more apparent.
