Default Dead Topic Repository

So I was looking at the main forum screen, and I noticed all the post counts. Then I saw the DTR's post count. A whopping 127,000-some. I was wondering, I know they're dead topics and all, and someone *might* want to look in there, but shouldn't there be a limit? I mean, I figure 127,000 posts might slow the server down or take up valuable storage space. Maybe it's just me, but then again this is just a suggestion. Maybe delete everything that hasn't been posted in for a year or something.
