Well, when you go after someone like you did, you could get multiple results from going after that person, usually depending on the result. Now, the reason that I say that, is because the person who replaced Mesden turns out to not be any mafia member. So that could mean two things. You are a misguided townie, or Mafia. Plus, you would know that Mesden and Sithdarth are quite a deadly combination as townies, so you had one killed in the first night, and it was attempted to be pinned on the other during the day. That night also, Ol' Dude almost got killed, and, surprise surprise, you were one of the two people who voted for her.

Now, I know I did vote for her, but honestly, I was going on a gut feeling. I had no real solid evidence, so I was ready to take off my vote if something counter-suspicious arose. Hope it cleared things up. I still suspect you though so my vote remains.

Now, this assumes a lot GARUD. First, you're assuming that I considered both Mesden and Sithdarth powerful townies. I can assure you this, I've only considered SK to be a powerful player, because she has an amazing record of finding roles. Sithdarth in particular has done nothing spectacular aside from making a big post and using statistics; neither really led to anything, as far as I can remember.

Second, it assumes that I would go through all that trouble trying to lynch someone, only to just kill them at night and immediately put me in the spotlight. It'd have been much better to leave Ole Dude alive, after all-why wouldn't the Mafia try to kill off a role? Because it was one of them. It was even hinted that the role might be Mafia.

That's what I would have done, especially since it wouldn't leave a trail towards me.

Third, it assumes that I tried to pin Sithdarth's death on Mesden. I never tried any such thing; in fact, it was you that did that here.

Also, if you ask me, "gut feelings" are much more suspicious than giving out reasons. For you, it would be a veil to hide behind as you tried to lynch a "powerful townie."
