History's Strongest Dilettante

I just love that America is somehow the big bad wolf when it comes to racism. I mean, do people think everyone just lived in perfect harmony and danced under the moon together before the 1800s, or what?
You can find evidence of racism pretty much as far back as back as people have been in disproportionate power-relationships (only because that seems to be the major requirement of this definition), which pretty much takes you back to the dawn of cities.
