Ape Boy wins, and produced audible laughter from me!

It's tough to call between Garud and Bob... Very tough. I'm going to say Bob, but it's really more of a tie.

Siel.... did a caption based on Garud's caption? I mean, for one, that picture ISN'T of the Jerry Springer Show, nor Bill Clinton, nor is his caption related to anything but presidents and Garud's caption... @_@

Rejected gets honorable mention, and not just because he's the only one I haven't commented on so far.

All in all, I do have to say this round was better than a lot of preceding rounds, I felt. The captions were more flavorful and original! I just wish there were more submissions.
