Impact was just about to say something to Pierce, when Matthias interrupted. "If you've got a problem with someone on the team, we'd all appreciate it if you said it explicitly." He replied. Matthias did not make a good first impression. Pierce didn't wait for an answer, and turned to Impact. "Yes? What about leadership?" He asked.
