Psionics was just a quick and easy way to have magic-like powers without the "WOOHOOMAGICICANDOANYTHINGWITHMAGIC!!!1!!1" mindset that some people tend to get and the kinda complex/hard to police stuff like the sigil system from ER. Werewolves, vampires, and the like don't need psionics to justify their ability because, hey, they're monsters!

Well, by and large the MoH is human, so, yeah, she could be a werewolf. I'm not saying I'm going to let that happen gamewise, but technically she could be a werewolf since she is human.
