Odd. I thought in Tsubasa's case, it was because she joined up just when the battle was over and the group had time in between battle to discuss.

I'll edit the post a bit and AB can work the very specific details out.

EDIT: There. Put the desired elements that each foe is hit with in the attack result summary. AB can decide whether Kirie is smart enough to know which one to use, or if Renny finds out in the middle of her attacks and he coachs her on the elements or whatever.
