Twilight Princess is fun but Zelda games are somewhat enjoyable by default now. It's got a late-game plot twist that's really goddamn stupid and probably contractual for the Zelda games at this point, but I'd recommend a rental at least.
Also, Super Paper Mario. It's a Super Mario platformer as an RPG. I mean your score is actually your EXP, for crying out loud. |
