 At first I thought she was gesturing to Liz, but judging by her position up in the tree in the first panel, and her gesture with the right hand, and her back towards the trunk in the second panel, she'd be gesturing toward someone on the other side of the tree. Might it be whoever is coming in to carry that horse away?
