I already have a pretty good idea for how the lamias should dress/act in combat, it's mostly the lower body bit giving me trouble. It's not even relevant to most since common soldiers would wouldn't be issued and never be able to afford anything more expensive than the upper body armor already standard to every other humanoid race in the setting, but sooner or later you're going to run into some elite mercenary troupe, or some noble's personal bodyguard, or something like that. Details are important.

who wear a row of thick metal rings loosely fitting around their tail that they could shift around to block attacks or add impact to tail strikes.

This part's pretty good though. Yoink.

No drawings right now 'cause I lost my tablet pen and have largely lost the ability to draw with a mouse. New one's on the way, but probably won't arrive till the end of the week.
