An update:
- No Severance Pay (Like he fucking needs it)
- Grants to encourage black officer enrollment (Because in a city that's more than 70% black there's clearly no bias towards exclusively hiring and training white officers, and the trouble is recruiting.)
- Same racist decision makers staying in charge.
